Refund and Returns Policy

Please contact the seller directly and refer to their return policies. If purchased direct from Best Shot, please contact us by phone or email.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee:
The pledge we made over 30 years ago still stands: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it to the seller for a refund, exchange, or credit of the product cost within 45 days.  Please refer to our Storage and Dispensing Guidelines for best results.


Inspect packages at delivery for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If visibly damaged, notify the delivery driver and/or refuse shipment then contact the seller. Please take pictures and retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items as these may be needed for the damage claim.  


Contact the seller with order number and proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Refunds are processed once returned items are received.

Wrong Item:

Contact the seller with order number, picture of incorrect product, and proof of purchase. Once verified, the corrected item will be sent with a return tag in the pamphlet pouch. Please carefully pack the incorrect product for return.

Trial Offer Kits:

Our Trial Offers are promotionally priced and ineligible for exchanges or substitutions. Please refer to Satisfaction Guarantee for refunds.
